A 17-year-old Grandview boy is being held on $1 million bail in connection with the weekend stabbing death of a 16-year-old Grandview girl.
Heriberto Saucedo made his first appearance Monday in Yakima County juvenile court where a judge found there was probable cause to hold him pending formal charges, said Deputy Prosecutor Jared Boswell.
Saucedo was arrested by Grandview police on suspicion of second-degree murder for killing Chelsie Stoneking. Her body was found at 4:30 a.m. Sunday in her home, authorities said.

Her father, Ed Stoneking, told the paper she "didn't deserve what she got."

Yakima County Coroner Jack Hawkins said the girl suffered stab wounds to the back, neck and abdomen. An autopsy is scheduled for this morning.
No motive had been determined, police said. Beyond saying the victim and suspect knew each other, the news release did not describe their relationship.
A police report on the suspect's arrest said the injuries that resulted in the death apparently happened between midnight and 4 a.m.

Her boyfriend/babydaddy's name is "Danny", so I wonder where Heriberto Saucedo comes into the picture (especially at that time of night). Hopefully more will come out... Such a waste.
