Undeniable Truth

Christian Holder, 19, was found guilty of first degree murder yesterday for his role in the November 2008 ambush and shooting of 29 year old Papa John's deliveryman Jeremy Moore.
Moore had taken the delivery job as secondary income to support his newborn daughter.
Two others, 18 year old Zonta West and 22 year old Larry Stelly are currently awaiting their day in court for their part in the crime. A fourth defendant, 17 year old Rondell Griffin, has apparently already cut a deal with prosecutors and been cooperating with authorities in the case. It has been said that the four planned the ambush because they "wanted some money". After shooting Moore, the four fuckers got away with $42.91 worth of pizza, chicken wings and soft drinks.
It was unclear if they got any money.
West and Griffin are accused of planning the robbery. West fired the fatal shot after Stelly gave him the gun, Griffin testified at the trial.
Holder, then a student at Western Heights High School, went along with the plan after being told about it, prosecutors alleged.
Holder tried to open a door to a breezeway where the four intended to rob Moore but the door was locked, according to testimony. He then made small talk with the victim, distracting him until the robbery could take place. Afterward, he grabbed the pizzas and chicken wings and they fled to his apartment in another complex.
Friends testified he admitted his involvement in the robbery, using the slang phrase, "We hit a lick.”
Griffin testified West flashed the gun, demanding money, and then shot the driver when the victim didn’t answer him. Moore screamed. Griffin said they later asked West why he shot the pizza delivery driver. "He said, ‘I don’t know. I don’t know,’” Griffin recalled.
Holder at first told police he wasn’t there, but then, in a second interview, he said he saw the robbery but did not know of his friends’ plan. "It was just crazy,” he told police in a recording played for jurors. "I didn’t know they were going to rob the pizza man. I didn’t know nothing about it.”
