In a tale of parents taking the law into their own hands, investigators say a mother and father kidnapped a man they think molested their daughter. Now, the parents themselves may be in trouble.
Investigators say Hernan Flores used a gun in the kidnapping of a man he thinks molested his daughter. He and wife Norma Garcia are accused of abducting Alberto Espinosa, 34, then dragging him to a Deming church to face a preacher.
Deputies say after Flores took Espinosa to the local church, the pastor told him to let the authorities handle things and took the gun.
Flores then put Espinosa in the trunk of his car until deputies arrived, according to investigators.
Authorities say they have reason to believe Espinosa is a child molester who has gone after at least five girls, including Flores' daughter. However, they say the law is the law, and Flores is not allowed to kidnap anyone.

If he did molest their daughter, they're gonna regret letting him out of that trunk!
