Michael Bull Sr., 42, and his girlfriend Michelle McAdams, 28, are accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy, for several months, who was in their care.

According to police, the two are charged with more than a dozen sex crimes... including filming the sex acts.

Corporal Mike Hogan said the two have denied the charges against them, but the evidence proves otherwise.

"We have been investigating for about 3 months; the juvenile’s mother came in and reported the crime to me.. through the investigation enough evidence was obtained to get a warrant." said Corporal Hogan.

On Friday, Marshall County Magistrate Mark Kerwood ruled there is probable cause to charge Michael Bull, 35, with three counts of sexual abuse by a parent and one count of use of a minor in filming sexually explicit content.

Bull is accused of videotaping sexual acts between his fiancee, Michelle McAdams, 28, of Wheeling, and a teenaged boy.

He is also accused of participating in the acts, which police said occurred between November 2008 and April in Bull's Big Wheeling Creek residence.

During the preliminary hearing, Kerwood heard testimony from West Virginia State Police Cpl. Mike Hogan and State Police Cpl. James Kozik, along with the victim. Kozik testified that a computer found in Bull's residence contained a video of a woman having sex with a boy. Both Hogan and the boy later testified that the two seen in the video were the victim and McAdams.

The victim also said Bull gave him alcohol, crystal methamphetamine and performance enhancing drugs and that Bull sometimes took part in the sex.

Kerwood also heard testimony from Bull's ex-wife, Christina Bull, who said she alerted the boy's mother after Bull admitted to the sex.

Some inconsistency in these stories - The booking photo (if it is one) looks more like 28-32 and doesn't show signs of a drug abuser - so the drugs were there for the boy?

Where did you read the boy's name from? I didn't read one thing where it mentions the kid's name. In addition, this story comes from the news media. I highly doubt this kid will google his name and end up here.

MOUNDSVILLE -- Two former Marshall County residents are accused in a second case of alleged sexual assault against a young child.
This time the alleged victim is a girl under the age of 10.

According to Prosecutor Jeff Cramer, Michael Bull Sr., 41, and Michelle McAdams, 28, were out on bond on separate sexual assault charges allegedly involving a 15-year-old boy when a warrant was issued for their arrest in this case.

Cramer said the assault in this most recent case allegedly took place several years ago, but the alleged victim is just now coming forward.

According to West Virginia State Police, Bull and McAdams were arrested in Hancock County over the weekend and are once again out on bond.

Yes it is a booking photo the age for the man is 35 actually about to be 36. He definetly is a drug user just because his face isn't caving in. He was a big fat ass and lost alot of weight. As for her she definetly is high in that picture to bad she ditched the drugs before the cops handcuffed her. Stupid cops!! Yes the drugs were supplied to the boy from these two poor excuses for human beings!

By the way, the abuser of my granddaughter is named Jesse Horneseth. Anyone who meets up with him, kick his ass (now that he's out of jail). His daughter is doing wonderfully without him. Thanks I hope he can rise above it to. That's why I was asking to take some of the info down to just protect him. When you start feeling like it's gonna be ok and then find this info out there it pulls your right back down and rising back up is tough. Your right it is our choice not yours if we want to protect my son. My son did nothing wrong. All I was asking was to take out some of the info that was posted such as (video with son) no where is that printed in any of the articles you have listed. Not once does it say that. I changed the title - but the point is moot. Few people that read this site would NOT catch what the charges mean. If you read around, almost every nuance of a case gets picked out when there is a good discussion going on. This one was pretty much dead but has evolved into something.

The ones who exposed these kids to public knowledge and scrutiny are the two freaks who abused them. Nobody else. Once these two were arrested and charged their names became public record. Unless you are willing to have the right of free speech curtailed, there is nothing you can (or should) do. All the energy expended on keeping the victims unknown just adds to the feelings of shame and "feeling dirty" the poor kids probably feel right now. A better use of energy would be to get these kids into therapy with an expert on child sexual abuse, and to get them to talk openly with loving and supportive family. Every effort should be made to tell the kids that they did nothing wrong... anything they did to get thru it was the right thing... because they survived the abuse, many don't.

If i remember correctly mike punished his boy for smoking weed and then he goes to live with his dead beat mom who had seen her kids twice in a year, Next thing you know mike is being charged with a trumped up charge. Bull was taken into custody right after the verdict and was taken to the Northern Regional Jail.

I am not related to either of these 2, but i have been following the case and i know a little more about this case than just about all of you on here besides the mother. The girl waited almost a year and a half with her story and originally she said nothing ever happened. After all that questioning she says something happened one time. How many child sex abuse cases do you know that there is only one time of abuse? It is always repeatedly. This is a perfect case of a jealous exwife and an angry son not getting his way and retaliating.

Obviously you forget that he was charged for actions against a BOY - I have no clue what girl you are talking about because that has never been mentioned in the reports from the court.

Their was one tape and they cant prove who was in it or if it was a boy or a man. Their was no face shots and it wasnt very clear to begin with. Lots of people film acts in the privacy of their home and this was on their computer so it could have been downloaded and not even have been them. That is the only supposed video they have. Like i said the evidence is scketchy and the story even more so.
