In 1990, prosecutors dismissed first degree murder charges against Webster for the murder and disembowelment of 75 year old Audrey Harris. Today, evidence in a new case against Webster may reach the hands of a local jury.

When confronted in a 2007 interrogation with the mementos he left behind in Ms. Harris' apartment that night; a bloody hand print and his DNA on her sweater, Mr. Webster reportedly passed out.

The recording shows him falling sideways from his chair after the police detective and investigator tell him scientific evidence proves he is the killer. The recording then shows emergency workers from the Oklahoma City Fire Department and EMSA paramedics arriving to check him. The interview continued after he refused to go to the hospital.

Toward the end of the 2007 interview, Webster said, "I’m sorry for killing her.” But, then, a minute or so later, he said, "No, no, I don’t remember.”

Guilty.

Jurors chose a punishment for Webster, 54, of Oklahoma City, of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
