Eva Daley Is a Good Mom: Drives Son & Friends to Kill Rival Gang Member

LONG BEACH, Calif. - Eva Daley, 31, will stand trial for murder, after she drove her son and other gang members to a Long Beach park so they could attack 13-year-old Jose Cano.

A judge ruled Friday that there is enough evidence to try her and a 16-year-old boy for last year's stabbing death.

Daley could face the death penalty if convicted.
