6 year old Kieron Williamson is an amazing artist!

Experts have said that the six-year-old's atmospheric paintings, which began with harbour scenes and expanded to include rural vistas, animal portraits and landmarks, have perspective, shadow and reflections that demonstrate an ability well beyond his years.



Art expert Jeremy Green, owner of The Canon Gallery in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, said of Kieron's work: 'It is unusual to see someone of that age painting with such definition and in such a stylistic way. Normally they would be splashing colour all over the place.
'Some of these watercolours have a very rigid structure as if he has been painting in that style for some time. They are very good, there's no doubt about it.'
Kieron's work is on show at the Last Picture Show In Town, Cromer Road, Holt, Norfolk, from Sunday.

geezuz..that kid is gifted. i hope his parents are very proud of him, and encourage him to continue with his gift. i have been painting, off and on for some 30yrs and i'm not even that good. maybe his parents will do the right thing and encourage him to keep on painting. i just hope they don't overwhelm him.. let it be his outlet,.... that sort of thing..

Wow... I've always said I draw like a six yr old, cuz I can barely scratch out a decent stick figure.

I guess I'll have to retract that statement, cuz this six yr old has got some mad skillz.

My nephew who is 6 too is an amazing little artist. His favorite is rendering of a pirate ship with exceptional realistic style. Also, the Polar Express train he draws in breathtaking detail. I hardly ever get to see him as he lives in Vegas. I'll have to have my sister have him draw something for me as gift so I can post it.

Kieron is a very gifted artist. I dabble with painting too and not half bad, this child, WOW, he is a little prodigy. Just beautiful, a remarkable talent.

I showed my husband this kids artwork and he was totally floored by it. Being that he is also an artist by trade and skill he was utterly amazed that type of work came from a 6 year old! I really hope that this little man is able to pursue his obvious gifted talent freely with the support of his parents. Definately one of a kind.
