A Raleigh man is behind bars charged with inappropriately touching women at area shopping centers. Police arrested Kenneth Lawrence Dorn, 38, on Monday.
Dorn is accused of inappropriately touching a 33-year-old woman while inside a Harris Teeter store on Falls of Neuse Road on July 6, according to Raleigh Police. Dorn is also accused of inappropriately touching a 24-year-old while inside a Walmart on Glenwood Avenue on July 9.
According to the arrest warrants, in one of the cases Dorn is accused of "grabbing her buttocks." In the other incident, Dorn is accused of "grabbing her vagina," the warrants stated.
Dorn faces two counts of habitual misdemeanor assault and two counts of sexual battery. According to the arrest warrant, the defendant has been convicted of five or more misdemeanor convictions, and two of those prior misdemeanor convictions were assaults.
Raleigh Police tell NBC-17 they are investigating the possibility of a third victim. In the meantime, Dorn remains

Raleigh, N.C. — Apex police filed indecent exposure charges Friday against a Raleigh man already in jail on charges that he groped women while they shopped.
Apex police charged Kenneth Lawrence Dorn, 38, of 10508 Six Forks Road, with two counts each of felony habitual misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor sexual battery and indecent exposure.
Apex police said Dorn committed the incidents at Apex Community Park on April 21 and at a Target store on July 5.
Raleigh police arrested Dorn Monday on accusations that he touched a woman on July 6 at Harris Teeter, 9600 Falls of Neuse Road, and on July 9 at Wal-Mart, 10500 Glenwood Ave. He was charged with sexual battery and habitual misdemeanor assault in those cases.
Apex police said that they arrested in 2007 Dorn previously for a similar incident at the same Target.
According to state Department of Correction records, Dorn has been convicted fives times on indecent exposure and twice on felony habitual misdemeanor assault charges in Wake County since 1995. He also has three convictions for assault on a female, as well as stalking and trespassing.
DOC records show that Dorn served one six-month sentence in 2001 and was given probation for the remainder of the convictions. He is not listed in the N.C. Sex Offenders Registry.
