A German retiree is taking a hospital to court after she went in for a leg operation and got a new anus instead, the Daily Telegraph is reporting.

The woman woke up to find she had been mixed up with another patient suffering from incontinence who was to have surgery on her sphincter.

The clinic in Hochfranken, Bavaria, has since suspended the surgical team.

Now the woman is planning to sue the hospital. She still needs the leg operation and is searching for another hospital to do it.

Wow that's all kinds of fucked up!!

Talking about assholes, I had a litter of puppies and the one was born with out an asshole! We had to put him down cause his little belly got real big and obviously he wasn't progressing! It was odd! Poor puppy:(

Cant hardly believe this would make it to court they Should just send her the check asap - A very large one indeed ! good luck to her... I do hope the next hospital will schedule her surgery timely. This would suck
so sorry about your pup that I hadnt heard of but seems very reasonably possible it is common.

this is not funny!!!

but all i have to say about it is

AHAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!

its like when i broke my leg they wrote YES on the broken one so they did not operate on the wrong one. i asked the DR so you are telling me that the huge plaster cast that you put on is not an indication of which leg has the break?? what about the bruising??
*shakes head*

Holy CRAP!!!!
So, I'm guessing the other woman is still having sphincter issues? Or does she have a new leg now??
