Back in June 1992, Tyler's mother was murdered and his three children shot and wounded when masked men kicked down the door of their Garland home and attempted to collect money they said he owed.

Four months ago, while watching "The First 48," a cable television series documenting real crimes, Tyler noticed one of the elusive suspects from the break-in and shootings.

This is confusing.

Tyler notified Garland police, who then arrested Clarence Bailey in Memphis, Tenn. 17 years after the crime. How did Tyler recognized one of the masked men from 17 years ago? (Or even yesterday, for that matter)

He and his family were placed in the Witness Protection Program after testifying against the "Outlaws" motorcycle gang. I wonder what kind of connection Tyler had with the Outlaws. Was this regarding the break-in and shootings or, another case completely?

One suspect, Dedrick Jones, was convicted in 2007 by witness testimony, not physical evidence.

The destruction of valuable clues, intentional or accidental, in a case that remains open leaves Tyler uncertain whether each of his mother's killers will ever face justice. Must be two different cases?

All good points. I would bet that the suspects who killed his family were known to him because of his dealings with the Outlaws. My guess is he owed the club money and they took it out on his family...so he knew who it was masked or not.

It really sucks when law enforcement does crap like this. Evidence should never be destroyed in a open case.

Not a fair comparison new york asian escorts (http://www.newyorkasianescorts.com/) IMO, one is a series of movies new york asian escort (http://www.newyorkasianescorts.com/) while the other not only does the new york escorts (http://www.newyorkasianescorts.com/) movies but several television series as well. I can always catch an episode of some Star Trek show whenever I like, but watching new york escort (http://www.newyorkasianescorts.com/) Star Wars takes more of a time commitment.

Ummm....are you lost here???

Seriously, heads should roll at the police dept for destroying ANY evidence in a murder case.
