PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) – A Wheelersburg man is under arrest, charged with the felony charge of importuning.
The Scioto County Sheriff says his office got a call Sunday that a man had inappropriately rubbed on a 14-year old female, then asked her to have sex several times.
Following an investigation, deputies arrested 41-year-old Shane Richardson of Wheelersburg.
Richardson is being held in the Scioto County Jail on $2500 bond. He is expected to be in court later today (Tuesday).
