Pinellas County Sheriff's Marine Unit officers arrested a man who faces an Okeechobee County manslaughter charge while he was out fishing Sunday night.
James P. Mullins, 36, was returning on a 44 foot Hatteras charter fishing boat called Quality Time when the boat was intercepted on John's Pass. Deputies confirmed Mullins would be there after Mullins posted details on a social networking Web site about when and where he would be going fishing this past weekend.
Mullins, of 11923 Sail Winds Dr. in Seminole, has warrants for his arrest on manslaughter and culpable negligence charges in Okeechobee, deputies said. After officials intercepted his boat at 10:30 p.m. Sunday, he was arrested without incident.
