She is accused of hitting a woman in the head and face several times with a steel hammer during an argument, Cincinnati police wrote in records filed with the court.
The victim's condition was not available this morning. Court records indicate she was seriously injured by the deadly weapon.

A Hamilton County woman appeared in court Monday morning, accused of attacking another woman with a hammer.
Lasheena Freeze, 25, was charged with felonious assault. She was held on $5,000 bond.
During her arraignment, the defense attorney argued that Freeze acted in self-defense when she hit her boyfriend's sister with the hammer.
Freeze herself had a visible injury under her left eye.
