Shannon Radigan, 27, was arrested today on charges of child endangering and wrongful entrustment.
Rocky River police say Radigan knew her boyfriend, the father of one of her daughters, did not have a driver's license May 17, when she let him drive her car about 1 a.m. with her daughters inside.
Police say Justin Blashaw was driving drunk when he crashed on Interstate 90, seriously injuring 7-year-old Kyah Radigan, who remains on life support at MetroHealth Medical Center. Her 4-year-old sister is recovering from a broken foot.
Blashaw, 30, is being held at the Cuyahoga County Jail. Radigan posted a $7,500 bond and was released.
Blashaw was intoxicated and speeding when he crashed his car into a wall about 1:10 a.m. Kyah was flown to MetroHealth. Blashaw's leg was broken.
