http://i42.tinypic.com/awrdx5.jpgTwo teenagers are accused of beating up and stealing from a mentally challenged 18-year-old Wednesday night.
The victim has the mind of a child and difficulty communicating, so he used stuffed animals to show detectives what was done to him, according to the Pasco Sheriff's Office.
The 18-year-old was walking on Stone Road when two teens pushed him, punched him and left him. They stole his MP3 player and his 20 bucks in cash.
By the early morning of Thursday, two brothers were arrested for the crime: Michael L. Saia, 18, and Christopher C. Seaman, 14, who is a seventh-grade student at Bayonet Point Middle School. Saia's arrest report lists him as unemployed.
Seaman told the Sheriff's Office he used the stolen money at Wal-Mart, but did not say what he bought. The MP3 player was found in Saia's closet, the report says.
Both are charged with robbery, abuse of a disabled person and possession of marijuana. Seaman is in juvenile custody. Saia is being held in the Land O'Lakes jail in lieu of $15,150 bail.http://blogs.tampabay.com/breakingnews/2009/05/pasco-sheriff-two-brothers-beat-up-steal-from-mentally-challenged-man.html
They thought picking on the retarded guy would be a no-brainer. Turns out they are they ones with no brains.
