"ORLANDO, Fla. -- Investigators are searching for a woman on Thursday who was videotaped while spraying a girl with a pressured water hose at an Orlando car wash.Surveillance cameras captured the woman holding the girl with one hand and holding the hose in the other hand at an arm's length distance.."

The article goes on to say that the mother was clearly angry at the child and hosed her full force, which is enough water pressure to peel skin. Mom then stripped the toddler naked and left her shivering in the wash bay while she went to get a towel, and yelled at the child after she hosed her down. Here's the article:

My child might piss me off while we're at/near/by a car wash and I'll bust out with "Do you want me to pull over and spank you here or wait til we get home?" but I would never think of getting out and hosing her down with one of those things, and she can be a mouthy little brat!!
