Dieuseul got kicked out of his GF's apartment then show up at 4 am and found another man there. I am confused about the dude throwing a "hot stove" at him. Maybe they ment hot plate. I dont think I can throw a hot stove very far much less at some one. Either way he got a big ass whoopin and stabbed for being such a dick head.
FORT PIERCE — A 50-year-old Fort Pierce man suffered a laceration to his face and was arrested for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon in connection with a domestic dispute early Saturday morning.
Dieuseul Francillon, of the 600 block of North Sixth Street, was treated and released from Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute before being taken to the St. Lucie County Jail.
According to a Fort Pierce Police Department incident report, police were told after they arrived at the scene Saturday morning that Francillon earlier had been kicked out of the apartment he shares with a woman.
Witnesses told police they heard yelling and screaming coming from that apartment after Francillon returned around 4 a.m. Saturday. The witnesses said when they left their apartments they saw Francillon holding his face with blood all over the place.
The woman living at the apartment said she had let another man sleep on the floor of her residence that night because he had no where else to say. She said when Francillon returned to the residence Saturday morning he began yelling at the man and the two men began “tusslin’ ” and fighting. At one point, she said the man staying at her home picked up a hot stove and threw it at Francillon in self-defense.
She told police she tried to break up the fight and Francillon eventually grabbed an extension cord and wrapped it around her neck and began to choke her. She said the other man came to her assistance, swung a knife at Francillon and cut his face. She said she was then able to untie the cord before taking the knife and throwing it aside. Francillon, she said, walked outside clutching his face.
