A teen exchange student who returned from Egypt showing signs of starvation claims he was deprived of food by his host family.

This is just scary... All college student who are thinking of AFS or IFE should read this and be INFORMED, I personally believe that not only that host family, but AFS (They should investigate ALL potential host families and discuss things with the student before placement) should be prosecuted as well. Also I believe that the parents should file suit, I mean it's safe to say that teen will never be the same after this ordeal.
