http://i42.tinypic.com/nx9jbm.jpgA 28-year-old Sheboygan Falls man was charged for severely abusing his infant son, whose injuries included skull fractures, broken ribs and a punctured lung.
Frank D. Heikkinen could face up to seven-and-a-half years in prison on the felony count of second-degree reckless injury.
According to a criminal complaint:
Heikkinen and his wife took the 3-week-old boy with them to the Salvation Army of Greater Sheboygan to seek rental assistance. Workers there noticed bruises on the boy's face and contacted the Sheboygan County Department of Social Services.
The child was ultimately given a full body scan, and doctors found two skull fractures, four broken ribs, a punctured lung and a broken leg. The boy also had bruising on his face, back and limbs.
Heikkinen told police he struck the boy in the head numerous times and hit him on the back to keep his legs down during a diaper change.
Heikkinen said he was ashamed and sorry, crying throughout an interview with police.

Brazen couple of fuck heads. I'm glad they took the baby out in public before he killed him.
I kind of wonder if the mom didn't set him up to get caught... just a thought.

Holy shit, this baby was not even a month old, and already he was being broken by his 'daddy'. He battered him to keep his legs down? He was 3 WEEKS OLD, FUCKHEAD! Too young to learn your 'lesson'! And babies of that age are hardly difficult to change! They should lock him up and throw away the fucking key!
Heal well, poor little baby x
Paint some bright colours on this guys face and he would make a great (if fugly) Easter egg.

Why in the hell are the sentences for these scumbags so light? 7-8 years of incarceration is nothing. Why not something like death? Rid the gene pool of people who have the propensity for breaking babies once and for all. Public hanging...won't really cost the taxpayers a dime. I'm sure somebody would donate the rope and just wouldn't have to worry about prison over-crowding.

I used to work with Frankie and I remember him stating "I am going to be a father" I was concerned when I heard the news from him. I was aware of his mental disabilities and was afraid what type of Father he would be. Could he handle all the responsibilities of being a parent.? I was very saddened to hear of the news.

The child was ultimately given a full body scan, and doctors found two skull fractures, four broken ribs, a punctured lung and a broken leg. The boy also had bruising on his face, back and limbs. Give me 5 minutes, that is all I need, though, 10 would be awesome. I guarantee he would walk funny for life and that damn head egg of his would be decorated like an Easter egg! I think he would look good sporting an eye-patch.....
Repulsive to read that a person could do such harm to a baby, the father no less. The mother his a bitch and a fuckn' loser. No way in hell she did not know something was wrong with baby. All I need is 2 minutes with her....stupid bitch.
This commenter said she was aware of his "mental disabilities"...uuh, if it had been me, I would have been paying a lot of social visits to see for myself how baby was doing. I would never mistake bruises for nothing, and I'm damn well sure baby had labored breathing with a punctured lung. Fuck, sick baby beaters.....uuugh!
and 7-8 years, ha! what a joke.
Babies are often not people in the eyes of the law. This sentence is like a prized collectors doll was broken. He's a prize alright but the breaks can mean death.
Heal completely little one.....so sorry.
