A 21-year-old Lebanon man has again been charged with statutory sexual assault of a 15-year-old Palmyra girl, after he was ordered to have no contact with her by a judge in March, county detectives said Friday.
Earl Donald Gill was accused of having sexual contact with the girl at different locations in Lebanon County starting a week after his March preliminary hearing, officials said. As a condition of his bail, he was ordered to have no contact with the girl.
Gill is charged with four counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, eight counts of statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors, 15 counts of indecent assault, and one count each of intimidation of witnesses, stalking and harassment, officials said. Gill was placed in the county prison in lieu of $420,000 cash bail.
He had been charged in January with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and two counts of indecent assault, officials said.
