A 21-year-old man was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct after he called a 15-year-old girl he met at a party and told her to "come to the bedroom window and show me your boobies," according to his arrest report.
Then he texted her saying he would like her to "be the first one" since he got out of prison. The girl told the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputy she took that to mean the first one he has sex with since getting out of prison.
What a perv! Looks like he's gonna have to adjust to having sex with Bubba again!
