Damn, this is one crazy ass dude, Why the hell this dumbass woman stays with him is beond my comprehension. Tards got a mile long history of violent behaviour.

Police say a Gastonia man held a knife to his pregnant girlfriend's stomach and held her captive in her own home for several hours Friday.

Matthew Edward Monroe, 19, of 282 N. Edgemont Ave., allegedly went to his 19-year-old girlfriend's Saluda Drive home and accused her of using the social networking Web site MySpace.com to cheat on him. The couple argued for several hours, and Monroe slapped her in the face and struck her arms with an open hand, according to a magistrate's order and affidavit.

Monroe would not let her leave the home and pointed a shotgun at her head when she tried to phone her aunt, the affidavit states. He allegedly threatened to kill her and members of her family.

Officer J.A. Quinley of the Gastonia Police Department said in the affidavit that Monroe held a knife to the pregnant woman's stomach.

Monroe was charged with assault on a female, assault by pointing a gun, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats. He was booked in the Gaston County Jail under a $5,000 secured bond.
