Ok, it really didnt have Aids in it but thats what he told the guy he was robbing. He is a jackAss and needs to get put away for a while. This time he fucked up and got 3 felony charges, it pokey time for his sorry ass.
TAMPA -- Police arrested a man suspected of robbing a Tampa pharmacy with a syringe that he claimed was filled with the AIDS virus.
Anton F. Ziherle, 23, was arrested late last night by the Tampa police, who were aided by a tip given to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. He was charged with armed robbery and remains in the Orient Road Jail without bail.
The tip came from someone who recognized Ziherle from news reports about the Thursday robbery of the West Coast Pharmacy at 8439 N Florida Ave.
Here's what police say happened:
Ziherle walked into the pharmacy with his hands in his pockets. He claimed he had a needle filled with the AIDS virus and demanded oxycodone pills. But after being confronted, he ran out of the store without any drugs.
After being taken to police headquarters Friday night, Ziherle admitted to the crime, police said.
Detectives found syringes when they arrested Ziherle, but there didn't seem to be anything in the syringes. They don't think there was HIV inside, despite Ziherle's claims.
Ziherle was also charged with carjacking in connection with an April 13 incident in the Wendy's parking lot at the corner of N 15th Street and E Fowler Avenue. Police say Ziherle knocked a woman down when she was getting into her car and took off in her car. The woman suffered minor injuries.
