has been arrested on molestation charges stemming from a traffic stop. The New Stanton man was stopped by police and had two 13 year old girls in his backseat. Upon questioning, the girls told officers he pays them to bikini-wrestle. Crise asked officers not to tell the girls his age, as he had lied and told them he was 21.

Police thought they better peruse the laptop and camera he was also transporting, and well...now, police are searching for other kids and adults in found in his videos and still photos.

He is also accused of selling nude photos of a teenager, and paying a man to lure a child from her mother.

He is being charged with sexual abuse of children, sexual exploitation of children, unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility, interference with custody of children, conspiracy and corruption of minors.

I'm not defending child molesters at all, but here's a guy who isn't.

If you'd pay attention, you'd know the facts.

1) He was actually taking the girls to the police to turn in the folks who were doing the bikini wrestling. He had gotten the photos from the girls.

2) He isn't 27, nor did he tell the police that he was 21 or 27. He's 26, and has never committed a crime in his life.

3) He didn't "lure" the children away from their parents. He was taking them to the police that day to get them to put the sickos away that were actually doing the wrestling.

He's been set free, and now he's suing the city for quite a large sum for slander and libel... And he's going after pretty much every website that's carried the story and not updated the fact that it was a lie by the police.

The girls who were 16 and 13 at the time, have already testified on his behalf that they were going to the police at the time he was pulled over. Why was he pulled over? The cop was speeding (doing about 55 in a 25 neighborhood zone) and the cop couldn't stop in time at a stop sign, so he flipped his lights on, and James was already going through the intersection.

Now, I'm all for busting child abusers, but when someone is truly innocent, and these forums "forget" to post those facts, it can really ruin a persons life. Just think if it was you. Now he can't ever get a job, and this will haunt him forever, and it was a mistake! I really hope he sues this site and wins for a few million dollars!

Oh, and for some more details, why would it take over 7 months to file charges against the guy if the laptops they took from his car had these photos? I'm guessing the cops were a little busy with jerkin off to the kiddy porn they found than to actually arrest him. 7 months... pulled over on July 2ed 2007, and the arrest warrant was issued January 17th 2008!! Wow... just wow... I'm glad they worked hard on this case! Must be busy as hell in New Stanton! So many criminals!

You know, the saddest part was, there were no videos!

James didn't have any videos on his laptop. He only had 5 photos to prove that it was happening. The 2 girls gave him the photos after getting them from the guy who was actually doing the thing.

Here's part of what one of the girls said, paraphrased;

The guy who did the wrestling contacted them on Yahoo, and paid her the money. James was only there once and was distracted by the guy's wife while it went on in a different room, so James didn't even see anything happen. On July 2ed, 2007, the girls met James and they were on their way to the police to report it when the cop made the stop.
Both girls told the judge that they never said Crise did anything to the police, but the detective lied in the affidavits signed.

The judge ruled that the stop was illegal, the search was illegal, and that the police overstepped their bounds when they pulled him over. The officers that were involved have all been fired, including the county detective that lied on the affidavits, and will be forced to settle with James Crise when he sues them for 4th and 14th amendment violations. James is looking at almost $5 million from the city, and the cops/detectives. One of the cops is having every investigation he took a part in reopened, due to the fact that he's was part of the computer task force for the state of Pennsylvania, and has busted many of the state's pedophiles, and now the legal system will be backed up for years on the appeals. The detective involved was only a few months from retirement, and now has had his pension revoked, and will have to sell his house to pay the settlement. Crise said he would gladly take the house at current market value as part of the settlement.

All 3 cops and the one detective are being indicted on charges of purgey, false arrest, illegal imprisonment, planting evidence, and others.

First, if you're Jim, you should just say so. Or, y'know, use another email to sign up with. Maybe one that doesn't trace straight to your Myspace page. Pretending to be the neighbor is just rude. We have no problem talking to the accused in a case, we do it all the time.

Secondly, all our information is from sources in the public record, obtainable on the internet. Therefore, you can't sue and win. Threatening to sue blogs is kind of ridiculous. We have not committed libel, we have simply reported the news as it was reported by networks and journalists before us. You might as well go to your local paper or TV news station and hit 'em with a cease-and-desist and see what they tell you. In fact, please do. Then come back here and tell us what they had to say.

Further, should you try to sue the site, you'll have to sue at least two people in two separate states, neither of which are your own. Then you'll have to get discovery, at great expense, to tell you that we don't make a profit. That's right, Morbid does this for free. I write for free. Our site expenses exceed our income every single month. So enjoy spending that cash to find out that there are in fact no recoverable assets.

I think you should. If you have been acquitted, please provide me with a link or a phone number or something so that we can update to reflect that. I don't write articles based on hearsay, and I don't update them based on hearsay - I need something that I can verify, and so far, Google news isn't being very helpful to your cause. I'll dig a little deeper once I've had some coffee. Once I've verified your acquittal, I have no problem updating the article. And perhaps you ought to update your Myspace to reflect that as well, because this morning when I read it said "the case is still ongoing".

EDIT: According the the Pennsylvania Magisterial District Judge docket sheet on this case, James Crise HAS NOT been acquitted. In fact, the case is still in preliminary hearings after three continuances. The next hearing is on May 1, 2008.

I want to appologize for his total idiocy. Here are the true facts of my case.

No, I have not been aquited. My preliminary hearing is May 1st, as stated by the court records. The DA and Detectives have continued my prelim hearing because the detective needed to take a class or something.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend I'm 100% innocent. But in no way am I a child molester. I didn't have any nude photographs on my computer, the computer they found the photographs on was the one I was letting the older girl use for her school work.

Here's exactly what happened on July 2ed, 2007.

I picked up the younger girl at her home, and drove into the next town to watch the older girl who was preforming in a parade. I picked up James Moon in town since he was also going to the parade. When we got there, I didn't know the 2 girls were planning on spending the night at the youngers home. The younger girl asked Mr. Moon to pretend to be her dad so if the older girls mom asked, she would be allowed to go. Mr. Moon said no he wouldn't, and she knew I wouldn't lie to the older girls mom. After the parade, as me and Mr. Moon were in the car about to drive away, both girls hopped in the back seat. They said the older girls mom said it was ok to spend the night. I was dropping Mr. Moon off at his home when the police pulled me over for not stopping at a stop sign. I did not lie about my age to the police at any time. My license was suspended, yea, I know, I was driving, we've all done stupid stuff like that before. I do admit I had photos of the older girl on my computer, but none of the sexual kind. I am a graphic designer, and was doing some edits for her to put on her MySpace page. When the cops learnt that my license was suspended, I was cuffed, and placed in the back of a cruiser, while both girls were asked questions on the side of the road. They got in a second cruiser and we all went to the police station. After almost 4 hours, I was let go, with no charges, went and paid the impound fee, and drove home. Then, over 7 months later, I'm charged with all kinds of crimes that I know I didn't commit.

I know I shouldn't have been giving them rides in the first place, but the older girl was like a little sister to me, and she still is. And I don't mean that in a perverted way. I care for her, and still hope she's ok, but I do not in any way want to have a romantic/sexual relationship with her.

As for my previous crimes, the theft was when I was working at a Radio Shack, and was accused of stealing an MP3 player. I was fired, then 2 months later, the store files the charges. I didn't steal the player, and after my year of probation, the guy who actually did steal the player came forward. It's still on my record. The 'terroristic threats' was from a very mentally unstable woman and her boyfriend, whom I knew through a mutual friend, who kept sending me text messages to my cell phone at all hours of the night asking if I wanted to have sex with them. After the 3ed day, I got pissed, called them up and told them if they ever texted or called me agian, I'd kill them. They saved my voicemail, and called the cops. My fiancee was dealing with a very bad illness at the time (a brain tumor) and I took the year probation so I could just get rid of the charges. I needed to be with her to help her though it.

I'll answer any questions you have, as long as you ask in an appropriate manner. Calling me a pedophile and a perv, when i haven't even had my prelim hearing is still slander, since in the USA, your innocent until proven guilty, at least I hope that's the way it works still.

No police have lost their jobs, nor am I suing websites, or the city.

In the avidavit the police gave to the Magistrate to sign say that I paid someone else to take the photos, which I didn't. I'm not all that rich, and if I had $200 to spend, I'd buy some new hardware for my computer, as my video card is a little outdated. Plus, I think my fiancee would notice all that money missing from the bank.

I'm not being charged with selling any photos. The criminal charge that the news sites/papers are misquoting state's that the police claim I possessed it. Read the statute. --6312-- "Any person who knowingly possesses or controls any book, magazine, pamphlet, slide, photograph, film, videotape, computer depiction or other material depicting a child under the age of 18 years engaging in a prohibited sexual act or in the simulation of such acts commits an offense."

As for the "more child porn", the police have searched 4 computers total, and over 1500 CD's and DVD's, and have only come up with 2 photographs they claim were on the laptop that was in the car, and was only a month and a half old. My fiancee got it for me for my birthday, and I hadn't even gotten any of my files transfered to it, other than World of Warcraft and Office, all my files were still on my desktop computer. That's how I know the police couldn't have found anything on my computer. After they took the 2 desktops from my house, and over 1500 CD's and DVD's, and didn't find a single thing, that's when they made up the story about me luring the girls away from their parents, and then selling photos.

I never paid anyone to pretend to be anyone's father. The guy that's being accused of it never said anything about being anyones father. Both girls have stated that fact in their interrogations. The cops say they found a chat file on the girls computer. They made the leap to the 4th person as an accomplice. The detectives have changed theorys of the so called crime 3 times since last July. And each time, it makes even less sense than the last one.

I admit that it was stupid of me not to drive the girls mom home that day as well, and yes, if I were the cops, I might have thought something was up too. If you wanna ask the girls mom permission to search the computer, then you can't say it belonged to me.

Here's my issues with this so-called neighbor/James things...

1) The 2ed thing obviously..I personally use 2nd, and have never EVER seen anyone use 2ed in all of my online gaming/internet usage for over 21 years. So before you say it, PEDOPHILE, NO - gamers do NOT use that way of typing 2nd. (Neither is it acceptable as "shorthand" typing) And NO it is NOT similiar to typing pop vs. soda. That is just your illiteracy showing, and directly unique to a very small population in the USA. (Just for you, since I know you don't know... Illiteracy: a mistake in writing or speaking, felt to be characteristic of an illiterate or semiliterate person. For one definition.)

2) If you were playing video games while your neighbor was supposedly making these comments about. I'd hafta agree with the previous posters - whenever I let ANYONE use my computer...if they see something interesting, they call me over.

3) Your passwords on gmail, igoogle, yahoo, hotmail (and many other sites) are saved for a MAXIMIUM of 12 days assuming you actually checked the email on a regular basis. How long exactly have you had that account? Are you sure you are not lying about this as well?

I know for a fact that with brand new computers (which you claim to be typing on) have Norton and the internet protocol settings set to NOT automatically save passwords. Therefore, all passwords are immediately deleted unless the settings are otherwise changed. Also before you try and state that you changed these settings, I'd like to remind you that if you do change these settings that means you are more computer savy than we all perceived you to be.

Which brings me to #4) How come if you know how to use a computer, you would let some 13 yr old put these illegal pictures on your computer (even if you were going to be bringing them to the police ~*~ YEAH RIGHT ~*~) and either not know about it...or willingly let them put them there without at least taking it off and adding it to a CD for easier viewing...?

AKA IF you ARE using a brand new computer and changed these settings to automatically save your computer, how come you are not smart enough to know that bringing in a laptop/whole computer to the police (like you claim) is MUCH MORE work than just ripping it onto a CD and taking that in? Last I checked most people opt out for the cd burning rather than packing up their entire laptop, mouse, keyboard (usually depending on person), battery, battery pack, cords...etc...

(Edit: Also if you are such an avid gamer -- Super Mario Smash Bros, WoW only on your computer -- You'd know how to do this, only proving my point further that you are a big liar)

5) You claim to have a fiance, yet several posters have claimed that even on your own personal profiles on your myspace (etc) say that you do NOT have one. For a side note: I noticed immediately the minute you said you opted for probation because your fiance had a BRAIN TUMOR. Magically later your answer changed to CUSHINGS. So, which is it? Brain tumor, cushings, or both? I'm going to go for blow up doll on this one. You are a disgusting person to use these SERIOUS illnesses to cover up your pedophilia ways. I did a little sleuthing and that fiancee of his does in fact exist. I didn't post her up here since I thought it was unfair of her to even be associated to this case and his 'misunderstandings'. She appears to have gone through a lot and I wouldn't want any harassment on her part. Though it does appear that she wasn't aware that he had a myspace as she has one too, and she claims that "I have a very loving fiance who has been with me through everything. We have been together 7 and a half years now." and is in a relationship, but his number 1 on his myspace was a 16 year old girl and he is a swinger.


She did have surgery in Jan of 2006 to remove a brain tumor that was found. However he committed his threatening and stalking in September of that year.. over 8 months later and made a plea of guilty over 11 months later. Obviously, he had no problem calling and threatening people while his girl was recovering (though he claimed suffering from a brain tumor) but felt he had to just say he was guilty to be with her during her ordeal, 11 months later. He also apparently didn't feel the need to be with her while he was hanging around with young teenagers, either.

Wow! I must say, this thing has gotten out of hand.

I don't want to reveal my true identity, so obviously my name is not Marc. I am involved in this case, and want to keep some anonymity.

I am not biased one way or the other, and the truth will come out in a court of law.

Here are the facts:

On July 2, 2007, James Crise was stopped for running a stop sign in the town of Greensburg PA. What really happened at the traffic stop, we don't know yet, as the officer that pulled over Mr. Crise could not be located at the time of the last pre-trial motions hearing. At the hearing, X and her mother were there. At the preliminary hearing, where she had to testify that Mr. Crise did infact have sex with her, she was only willing to testify if her mother was barred from the court room.

In the preliminary hearing, the defense attorney questioned X about her previous reports to the police. On 4 occasions over a period of 8 months, she told the detective that nothing sexual had occurred. On the morning of Feb 27, 2008 (almost a full 8 months after the initial stop by police) X is called into her guidance counselors office, and is told to sit down. According to the detectives report, X is belligerent and uncooperative, and then told that this wasn't going away, and she would be questioned more times until she told them the truth. She replied that she hated the detective, and she hated the ADA involved (but not present). Then her mood changes, and she say's she hates James, and that they had sex.

X told the detective (on Feb 27, 2008) that the sex occurred in May and June of 2007. In a second statement made, she claims that the sex occurred at the end of the school year (that would be the end of June). At the preliminary hearing, she is quoted as saying it started in April of 2007.

During the pre-trial motions hearing, the officer who did the forensic examinanions of the 2 laptop computers removed from the car states that he found a chat log on one of the laptop computers, but could not find the coresponding log on any other computers seized. He also states that although his examination was done by the middle of July 2007, he still has not written up his report on the evidence found on the 2 laptop computers, 2 desktop computers, and over 1600 CD/DVD's seized from Mr. Crise. No other evidence of any crime had been found, nor any other pictures of "kiddy porn".

If proof of any of this is needed, I can scan and email to a Mod, but I will not send to just everyone, as I can lose my job for this. I'm just trying to set the record straight. I'm not saying Mr. Crise is innocent, nor am I saying he is guilty. I do feel for X, but if she is lying about this, I do hope she is punished as well. You can't have justice if someone lies and is not punished.

Again, Mods, if you want the detectives reports, you are more than welcome to send me a PM or an email. I hope that if it does come to that, the reports won't be made public, as they shouldn't even be given to you.

In fact, the reported victim in this case appears to have behaved in a manner very normal for adolescent sexual abuse victims - so, if anything, your post has lent credence to the charges against Crise.

As such, I postulate that you have lied about your concern with discovery,or you're not really as involved as you say you are, or you're the defendant.

James Crise has a long history of stalking and harassment. Even after his first arrest and release on bond in this case, he continued to contact and stalk at least one minor girl involved - something you've neglected to mention. He has also spent a fair amount of time on this site. If James Crise is truly innocent of these crimes, he needs to avoid his alleged victims rather than continuing to harass and frighten them. If I were James Crise, the last place in the world I'd be would be here.

Laceyy is an alleged victim of a sexual assault AND a minor. It is common practice to protect the identity of victims of sexual assault and minors. Though her myspace page may not reveal her true name, it has photos of her. Am I mistaken?

As someone who has "worked" with abused children, I would think you would know to practice better judgment than that.

There is a gap in the detectives report (at a length of 5-6 minutes) that is unaccounted for during the interview on Feb 27, 2008. If Laceyy could come in and tell the truth (the real truth) about what was said between the "uncooperative" period, and the "cooperative" period, we will have a better idea, but until the truth is told, we have no idea. The dectective could have told her if she admits to having sex, she won't go to jail herself for lying to them before. He could have just consoled her, and told her everything is going to be ok. Either scenario could be true, but since none of us were there, we won't know.

In the last 5 years of my job, I've seen 20 "child molesters" who have been cleared on DNA evidence, even when the child was 100% positive it was the accused. I've seen over 50 "child molesters" freed from all counts and charges because the evidence was improperly goatherd by the police, and inadmissible in court. Then later turns out they were innocent to begin with. I've also seen hundreds of "child molesters" put away because they were guilty.

If someone can get a hold of Laceyy and have her comment on the above comments of mine, and specifically, the part where Mr. Crise was influencing her to lie to the police about the sexual abuse. Why all of a sudden after 8 months, and on the fifth interview, and after the missing 5-6 minutes of the discussion does she admit to it.

Also, if this is sexual molestation, why does she admit in open court that she was a willing participant?

I will respond to the posts that have preceded my previous post.

1) Mr. Crise was cleared of texting the girl, since he provided records of his cell phone being terminated 3 months prior to the alleged text received by the girl.
Along those lines, the other charge of stalking the second girl involved in the case, was also cleared, as Mr. Crise provided proof that he sold the car the girl claims to have seen him in in September of 2007.

2) I am using the forum name of the alleged victim, Laceyy. I do know her true name, and that is not it. As for anonymity of the victim, she posted here, and I am not giving her name to anyone, just using her forum login name.

3) As for "sexualy" and sexually", my browser missed that one on spell check, and I apologize. I am not the best speller in the world, and rely on Spell Checks in not only my home life, but my work life. I don't really think that just because I misspell one word proves I'm not who I claim to be. I'm not from the US originally, and still have difficulties spelling.

4) As for IP masking, I don't know what that is, so I'm going to ask for clarification on it.

5) The only evidence on the second set of charges IS the girls word. I will be more than happy to scan and upload the reports from the detective, and other officers involved.

6) The only information provided by this site to the law enforcement was an unfounded claim that Mr. Crise was using a computer to access the site. When his probation officer did a home walk through, he found no evidence of a computer being used, and therefore the claim was dropped. There has been no other "information" from this site, or any members of this site other than the one incident.

7) I admit, again, it was wrong of me to post her MySpace link. It has been removed, and only members who PM me will be given the link. I am all for protecting the victims, but if she's going to post here, after she was told NOT to talk about the case, she's pretty much given up the right to her privacy. Not my opinion, but the law. Since she was open enough to tell complete strangers about the case after being told by the judge, myself, the ADA, and the detective not to, why can she not talk to her mother about it?

It's now Nov 8, 2008. Do you really think someone who is guilty of sexual abuse of children would be allowed to walk the streets for OVER A YEAR? When was the last time someone accused of this didn't have a trial the same year?


Given that you're claiming you work for the courts, you should be able to look this up. I have seen on several occasions in my local area (North Carolina) someone accused of a crime of a particularly nasty nature, out on bail, for OVER a year waiting for trial dates. If they aren't a flight risk, and have someone like a doting mommy who can't believe her widdle boy could every do something like this to make their bail, the legal system has NO WAY to keep them in jail. Plus, any attorney is going to try to get as many delays as possible, to keep things tied up for as long as possible, especially if their client is out on bail. The longer they can keep their client on the outside, the better, for them.

Sarah, I feel REALLY sorry for Laceyy and any OTHER victims of sexual assaults you come in contact with in your job. And yes, given your 'blame the victim' attitude, you SHOULD be in another line of work. You're woefully undereducated and unsympathetic for someone in your job. Once they are dismissed, then I get the other charges dismissed because it's been over 13 months for the County's continuances.

Oh, and to set the record straight, I was never charged with selling child pornography.

There was a chat log on ONE of the computers, but not the other, and the photos of the little slut were only found on ONE of them as well. They are claiming that I was in possession of child porn because the computer was in my car, but they have been denying that it is my computer. Doesn't make sense. I know. The computer forensic police detective patrolman sergent, what ever his rank, has had 2 years now with the "evidence" and still has not written up his report. So something else is a little fishy there.

A New Stanton man, who is awaiting trial in connection with the photographing of teenagers bikini wrestling, is facing new charges related to having sex with one of the teens.

James Crise, 27, of West Pennsylvania Avenue faces a preliminary hearing Aug. 21 before Greensburg District Judge James Albert on charges of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Westmoreland County detectives and Greensburg police allege that Crise was having sex with the girl, then 15, from April to June 2007.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Crise would sometimes meet the teen at Irwin Park and take her to his grandfather's Irwin home, where Crise had a key.

Authorities allege that Crise was photographing two teens -- the one he is accused of having sex with and a girl then 13 -- while at least one of the girls was wrestling in a bikini.

At a preliminary hearing in April, the younger teen testified that while she was grappling in the two-piece swimsuit with another person her top fell. At the time, the teen said, Crise was photographing her while another man, who wasn't identified at the hearing, was videotaping the antics.

Earlier this year, authorities charged Crise with interference with the custody of children, conspiracy, corruption of minors, sexual abuse of children, unlawful contact with a minor, dissemination of child pornography, possession of child pornography, sexual exploitation of children and criminal use of a communication facility.

The younger teen testified that Crise, who works as a photographer, paid her $200 to wrestle with the other person, whom she knows only as "Danielle." She said she believed the man with the camcorder was the woman's husband.

Authorities accused Crise of selling two photographs of the older teen with no clothing on. The older teen testified at the April hearing that she began a relationship with Crise after meeting him in an Internet chat room.

According to court papers, Greensburg police stopped Crise's vehicle on Stark Street and seized two laptop computers inside the vehicle. Police said Crise asked them not to disclose his true age to the two teens in his vehicle because he had told them he was only 21.

A few days later, a search of the hard drive of one of the computers, owned by the older teen, turned up photos of her and Crise kissing. A search of the other laptop, owned by Crise, turned up photos of "juvenile females engaged in bikini wrestling, various photo images of juvenile females in different stages of undress and also full nudity," according to court papers.

Crise is free on $55,000 bond.

His trial on the earlier charges is slated for December, according to county court records.

A teenager insisted she was telling the truth during a preliminary hearing Thursday and had lied to police months earlier when they asked if she had sex with a New Stanton man.

The teen, now 17, explained during pointed questioning yesterday from defense attorney David Shrager that she denied to police that she had sex with James Crise because she was scared and was under Crise's influence.

"I'm telling the truth now," the teen said. "I was lying then."

Crise, 27, of West Pennsylvania Avenue, was held for trial by Greensburg District Judge James Albert on charges of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Westmoreland County detectives allege that Crise was having sex with the girl between April and June 2007, when she was 15. Under Pennsylvania law, a minor 15 years or younger is viewed as not having the maturity to have consensual sex with an adult, which the teen testified she had with Crise.

Crise already is awaiting trial on allegations he was photographing teens bikini wrestling last year. The Tribune-Review has a policy of not identifying alleged victims of sexual assault.

The teen told Shrager she didn't admit to police last year that she had sex with Crise because she was afraid of being charged in connection with the bikini wrestling. "I was scared of what was going to happen to me," the girl said.

She added that Crise was telling her police were trying to arrest him and "he was the good one and didn't do anything wrong."

Shrager further questioned the teen about whether she began having sex with Crise in April 2007 -- as she testified -- or whether it was later, after she turned 16 during the summer.

The teen insisted she was 15. She said she remembered the first sexual episode occurred in April 2007 because of an event that was held at school.

She testified that she had sex with Crise three times before her 16th birthday, including at his grandfather's home in Irwin. The teen said she was to have sex with Crise in July, but the car she, another teen, Crise and others were in was stopped by Greensburg police.

At a preliminary hearing in April, another teen testified that while she was wrestling in a two-piece swimsuit with another person, her top fell and a breast was exposed.

At the time, that teen said, Crise was photographing her while another man, who wasn't identified, was videotaping the antics.

Crise is free on $15,000 bond.
