(WSB Radio) A woman and her husband were arrested in Barrow County Friday on prostitution charges.
An undercover Winder police officer contacted Elizabeth C. McCannon through the website Craigslist Friday afternoon. McCannon was listed under the name "Miss Red", a police spokesman said.
Cpt. Dennis Dorsey said the undercover cop and McCannon met at her home on Cedar Grove Trail in Winder around 7 p.m. Friday. Officers then arrested the woman and her husband Richard McCannon.

An undercover police officer contacted the alleged prostitute on Friday about 3 p.m. to set up a meeting at a house in the 300 block of Cedar Valley Trail.
The 7 p.m. rendezvous was outside the city limits, so Barrow County sheriff's deputies assisted in the undercover sting.
The official craigslist terms of service prohibits advertising prostitution services, but Web site creators say they do not have the resources necessary to enforce the rules and instead rely on complaints from users to flag objectionable material.
Although members of the world oldest profession have been utilizing the Web site for years, police said it isn't often reported.
"This is the first one we heard about in our jurisdiction," Dorsey said.
