Surprise, AZ - This creep was a charter school teacher, and apparently, an after-school juggling instructor. That just ups the creep-o-meter by about 10 points, in my opinion. Apparently he is also a kiddie-porn enthusiast, an alleged child molester, and the owner of an awful, awful hairstyle and <ewww> a goatee.

A former Surprise charter school teacher, who is the subject of three investigations conducted by different law-enforcement agencies, has pleaded guilty to one count of receipt of child pornography.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Phoenix said 38-year-old Victor Scott McPeak Jr., of Surprise, pleaded guilty Tuesday.
McPeak was fired from Arizona Charter Academy after he was snared in what FBI officials described as an international child-pornography ring that involved more than 20 countries.
A subsequent search of McPeak's home revealed that he possessed numerous images and videos of child pornography.
Two weeks after the FBI arrested the former educator in March 2008, two of McPeak's former students came forward alleging they were sexually abused by him.
The Surprise Police Department said both children were at some point McPeak's students and still attended the Surprise charter school last year.
Not long after, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office came out with its own charges against McPeak. The agency arrested and booked him on nine counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
McPeak, who was a former youth minister in Gering, Neb., taught fifth grade in Surprise at Arizona Charter Academy and an after-school juggling class.
