Chilling how in several of those cases they have a pretty good idea who did it, but cannot bring the perpetrators to justice because they cannot find them/witnesses daren't speak/there is not evidence.

And then of course there is that suspect who went to the great court in the sky before it could be proved that he killed and dismembered his estranged wife. Sometimes one really wishes there was some all-seeing entity that kept track of all the good and bad we do......
