Sandoval and charged him with the murder of his father. This all comes after Tucson Police were called Saturday to the 1800 Block of West Astolat, that's near 36th and South Mission Road.
The victim has been identified as 49-year-old Dominic D. Sandoval. Police say he had obvious signs of trauma when they arrived at Sandoval's home but are still not releasing the cause of death.
Tucson Police say everything began around 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon with a call to 911 made by the victim's ex-wife.
She told police that her son's friend called her and told her to check on her ex-husband. So she drove over to the home and found him dead inside one of the bedrooms.
Police say she went back home to call police and she also told them to look for her 26-year-old son. Officers picked him up immediately.
Sandy Ward lives across the street from the victim and says her daughter heard arguing coming from the home last night.
"Last night around seven she said she heard them arguing, she didn't come out, she's always afraid someone's gonna shoot by her, she didn't come out, that's natural, that's normal to hear fighting and yelling over here," says Sandy Ward.
We're told the victim lived at the house alone.

Him not looking at the camera tells all to me.
