Luis Figueroa Vasquez, 46, was arrested by Osceola County deputies on a count of attempted sexual battery. Additional charges are pending, said sheriff's spokeswoman Twis Lizasuain.
On March 26, a woman told Osceola County detectives Vasquez came to her home at the Cobblestone Apartments to have dental work done. Lizasuain said Vasquez was referred to the woman through a family member.
The woman told detectives she was injected with what she thought was anesthesia, and after several minutes, Vasquez touch her inappropriately on numerous occasions.
Detectives brought Vasquez in for questioning, but he did not cooperate.
Vasquez, who reports a post office box address in Sarasota, keeps all of his equipment in a truck, including a chair and tools.
Lizasuain said detectives think there may be more local victims.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 407... or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
