Howard County police are seeking the public's help in finding a missing Ellicott City man.

Kenneth Sterling Crizer, 56, of the 8700 block of Autumn Hill Court, has been missing since he left his home sometime before 6 p.m. Sunday, police said.

Crizer is 5 feet 7 inches tall and 170 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt, tan pants and brown boots. He drives a silver 2001 Hyundai Accent with Maryland tags BHJ-769.

Officers have been searching for Crizer since the report of his disappearance Sunday night. Helicopter and patrol searches have been unsuccessful, police said.

Anyone with information on Crizer or his vehicle's whereabouts is urged to call police at 410-31....

I wonder if this will be one of those stories where he went over an embankment or such and will be found still alive in a few days. Hope so.

Missing Ellicott City Man Found Dead

Howard County Police say the body of 56 year old Kenneth Crizer was found in the man's vehicle late Tuesday night.

The Ellicott City man had been reported missing by his family.

Police say Crizer was discovered just before midnight Tuesday night by a patrol officer. His body was found in his silver 2001 Hyundai Accent in the parking lot of the Forest Motel in the 10,000 block of Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City.

There were no signs of foul play.

Police had been looking for Crizer since he was reported missing on Sunday by a family member.
