Linda O'Connor traded sex with her 12 y/ofor back rent to the landlord and a friend of his. I guess she owed a lot because she allowed pictures to be taken. Just when you think it can't get worse, Linda was involved in some of the sex acts, as well.
Its not enough she convinced her daughter that if she didn't do this they would be homeless. She also convinced her daughter to have sex with 2 other men in a Best Western.
They moved the girl from NY to NJ and back,involving the FBI.
The victim told a school teacher about a year ago, and that set the ball rolling. She is now 14 years old ready to testify against her abusers.
O'Connor was charged with Count 1 of the indictment, selling a child for the purpose of producing child pornography.
Sacco (landlord)was charged with Count 2 - buying a child for the purpose of producing child pornography and Count 6 - travelling in interstate commerce with intent to engage in illicit sex with a minor.
O'Connor and Sacco were charged jointly with the following counts of the indictment: Count 3 - sex trafficking of child, Count 4 - production of child pornography, Count 5 - production of child pornography, Count 7 - possession of child pornography.
Some of the charges carry mandatory minimum prison sentences of 30 years and maximum sentences of life.
