Michelle Smith,14 and a 12 y/o friend were abducted by 3 men in a black car around 4pm Sunday in Savannah, GA. Both girls were able to get away, but the 12 year old is the only one that has been heard from. She said their abductors chased Michelle, and she feared she had been caught. The 12 year old also said she had been sexually assaulted.

Michelle has not been heard from since.

Damn. I hope the girl that got away can help authorities catch these guys.

These are the crimes that get the automatic death penalty if you have DNA evidence.

They should have a plastic tarp under the Defendant's table. How intense would that be?

After three detectives worked all of Sunday/Monday on this case, and questioning the 12 year old again, it has been determined that Michelle ran away, and the abduction story was to help her get a head start.

Police canceled the alert late last night.

Jelinski said fortunately the story isn't true but that it's frustrating so much time was wasted on the case.

The case is still under investigation and it has not been determined what charges the 12-year-old faces.

WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?

She even said she was RAPED. Dumb little girls. I definitely think some time in juvie is deserved for this.

But don't you wonder why little girls are driven to this? Well adjusted fourteen year olds dont run away and get their twelve year old friends to help them. Some twelve year old girls that I know wouldn't even be so familiar with rape that they would claim that it had happened to them.

Why are these children so familiar with sexual activity?

Duh. Lack of parental supervision when it comes to tv and movies.
