15 y/o held in sexual abuse of 3 y/o girl

I didn't put his name in the head line, but it is being released by the police.

Russell Joseph Rioux, 15, of Dundee, Fl, is being held at the Polk County Jail on charges of sexually battery and lewd and lascivious molestation.

I love this little girl. The toddler told police he made her touch him, and he touched her. He made her hurt "and did not say he was sorry."
