BOONE COUNTY, Ky. -- A northern Kentucky man was arrested Friday accused of molesting a relative 17 years ago.
William "Marty" Kelley, 52, of Pleasureville, Ky., was accused of having sexual contact with a minor relative in 1992 when she was only 6 years old.
The victim, now 23, said the abuse happened on numerous occasions over a 12-month period when her family lived in Boone County.
Kelley was charged with four counts of sexual abuse and was being held in the Boone County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

The out-of-state 23-year-old victim who was 6 years old at the time this occurred reported that William "Marty" Kelley, 52 of Pleasureville had sexual contact with her on numerous occasions in a 12-month period, 16 years ago when the family lived in Boone County.
Det. Tracy Watson investigated the allegations and charged Kelley with four counts of sexual abuse.
Kelley is lodged in the Boone County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000 cash-only bond.
