A parent is accused of drunk driving in Adams County with his two children in the car.
State Police say 26-year-old Esteban Alvarez-Ponce hit a MetEd utility pole while drunk Sunday night on Route 234, just west of Heckenluber Road in Butler Township.
Troopers say he was driving with his 6-year old and 4-year old children in the car.
He is charged with DUI and endangering the welfare of children.
