Chicago, IL. - A 44-year-old Des Plaines man is accused of impersonating a Chicago officer to threaten another man into giving him sums of money on a weekly basis.
Raul Eiseman, of the 2800 block of South River Road, was charged with aggravated false personation of police, aggravated use of a weapon and aggravated assault, according to a release from Chicago Police.
Over a one-year period, Eiseman deceived a 43-year-old man into thinking he was a Chicago officer, and forced the man to pay a weekly sum of money.
