A Bucks County teacher is facing charges in a deadly hit and run. Police say Larry Angney crashed his car into a motorcycle, ran over the driver, and left the scene. The motorcyclist, Lori Smeltzer, died. It happened in this area of Limeport Pike in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County in October. Larry Angney is charged with homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter. Angney works as a teacher in the Quakertown High School. http://wfmz.com/view/?id=659745
