SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Three children, kidnapped by their father from their mother's South Los Angeles home, have been found safe.
The children were found near the Mexican border and are now in protective custody.
The children, 8-year-old Brian Moreno, 4-year-old Gustavo Carreon Jr. and 2-year-old Edwin Carreon, are in good condition and will be reunited with their mother.
Gustavo Carreon is the biological father of the younger two children and is estranged from the mother.
