A Pequannock, NJ man was arrested last week on charges that he sent sexually explicit text messages to female friends of his son.
Steven Petrarca sent suggestive and improper text messages to a 15 and 16 year old girl for four months. Another friend of the girls convinced them to tell school officials, who in turn informed the police.
He apparently had tried contacting several other numbers in his son's address book from his own cell phone.
He was released on $25,000 bail.
