A 3 judge panel in North Carolina sent a case back to the locals today. Verdict: the cost of one breast implant in a workers compensation case.
Ms. Rumple was originally awarded the price of 2 new implants, but it was appealed by the insurance company.
The dissenting member of the three-judge panel, Judge James Wynn, Jr., said Richardson needed both replaced to ensure the implants were "symmetrical and evenly matched."
