The Ocoee Police Department is searching for two children who they think ran away from home.

Andrew Gargano, 12, and Miguel Torres, 16, were last seen together at the West Oaks Mall at about 5 p.m. Friday. At about 9:30 p.m., both boys called their respective parents and said they would be spending the night at the other boy's house. The boys' parents figured out the ruse and called police at about 11:50 p.m. Friday.

Andrew is 4 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs about 88 pounds and has short, bushy black hair and brown eyes. Miguel is 5-feet-9, weighs about 110 pounds and has long black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about the boys' whereabouts is asked to call the Ocoee Police Department at 407-905-3169 or Crimeline at 407-423-TIPS.

It's the runaway thing. I'm surprised it even made the news. Often they don't even bother. I think there might be more to the story... ut looks like they intended to stay out all night, so maybe their not returning home makes cops suspicious?
