Danny G. Lovvorn, 34, was arrested and charged with public indecency after a neighbor videotaped Lovvorn's daily behavior, according to Belleville Police.

Police received the complaint and the video Monday and arrested Lovvorn.

Lovvorn is accused of masturbating outside, often every day, between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. between the side of the house and a vehicle.

Children pass by the residence during that time while they walk to Abraham Lincoln Elementary and West Junior High School nearby.

It doesn't specify in the article...but it would be twice as creepy if this fucker just wanders into the neighborhood on a daily basis just to jack off at someone's house.
