Family of Kaitlyn E. Phillips, 18, of the 1000 block of North College Street, Carlisle, reported at 9:15 a.m. today that she was last seen yesterday being dropped off in the 300 block of West North Street in Carlisle, police said. Kaitlyn is supposed to be on daily medication, police said, but she does not have it with her and is not believed to have taken it since her family last saw her.

Kaitlyn is described as being 5-foot-7 and 195 pounds, with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair that is about collar length, police said. Both of her ears are pierced, and it is not known what clothing she might be wearing.

It says she is pregnant. She has logged in since the news articel on 2/21. Her #1 friend is her boyfriend and he logged in today.

Maybe she decided to stay the weekend with her boyfriend. Wouldn't be too unusual for someone that age.

Kinda weird, but I looked at her boyfriends page and his quote is "I love Kaitlyn Elizabeth Phillips, You will never be replaced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My heart never Lies"

Like you won't be replaced after you are gone????? I don't know was just kinda strange to me.

Any news on this girl yet?

Carlisle police say a teen that a family reported missing on Thursday returned home later that day and “everything was OK.”

The family of Kaitlyn E. Phillips, 18, of the 1000 block of North College Street, Carlisle, reported her missing at 9:15 a.m. Thursday and that she had last been seen the day before being dropped off in the 300 block of West North Street in Carlisle, according to police.

Her family believed her to be in danger since Phillips was supposed to be on daily medication, which they did not think she had with her, police said.

Phillips returned home at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, according to police.
