Family of Kaitlyn E. Phillips, 18, of the 1000 block of North College Street, Carlisle, reported at 9:15 a.m. today that she was last seen yesterday being dropped off in the 300 block of West North Street in Carlisle, police said. Kaitlyn is supposed to be on daily medication, police said, but she does not have it with her and is not believed to have taken it since her family last saw her.
Kaitlyn is described as being 5-foot-7 and 195 pounds, with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair that is about collar length, police said. Both of her ears are pierced, and it is not known what clothing she might be wearing.
