Monday Morning February 16th 2009 approx: 3am
Binghamton Police responded to a residence at 4 Fayette St. for a report of a possibly injured 2 month old child. Upon arrival police discovered the injured infant who was then immediately transported to Wilson Hospital by Binghamton Fire Medics. The child is currently at Wilson Hospital for treatment for a possible leg fracture.

Subsequent Investigation by Binghamton Police Investigators has now lead to the arrest of the child's caregivers. Arrested and charged with Assault in the 2nd degree a class D Felony were Robert W. Boston 5/28/83 of 4 Fayette St, and Tiffany L. Copp 10/16/90 also of # 4 Fayette St. Both Copp & Boston are currently being held in the Binghamton Police lock-up pending their arraignment.
