Damn, The baby is only 14 weeks old and besides the spiral fracture on the arm there are also healing injuries to the ankle and leg. A spiral fracture is kind of like giving some one an Indian rug burn or thats what we used to call it. It was done intentionally to cause great pain to his child, because he was crying. For Fucks Sake when are these kids going to learn to just WALK THE FUCK AWAY. Good thing this was caught before he started that shaking shit.

Not sure how good his relationship used to be with his girlfriends mother, but I am 100% positive its not, a very good one now, after telling the Po Po she did it. If I was Granny I would be pretty pissed off about it.

FRANKLIN, N.H. -- A teenage father is facing felony assault charges, after he was accused of breaking his 14-week-old son's arm over the weekend.

Franklin detectives were called to Concord Hospital on Sunday afternoon after physicians examined the baby's limp arm and determined that he could be the victim of abuse.

Nicholas Derepentigny, 18, was taken into custody after he and the baby's mother brought the child to the emergency room. The baby was diagnosed with a broken left arm.

"There was some resistance at first," Sgt. Lisa Carter said. "(Detectives) immediately identified the father of the child as a suspect, and upon further interview, he did pretty much confess to injuring the child."

The baby's mother told police the child was fussy all night at their Central Street apartment and was in the father's care while she tried to get some rest. Police said that at first, Derepentigny tried to pin the injury on a relative.

"He indicated the grandmother, the mother's mother, had been baby-sitting the child the night before and that possibly the grandmother had injured the child," Carter said.

But police said that Derepentigny dissolved into tears, referring to anger management problems. The arm injury that prompted the hospital visit is called a spiral fracture.

"In order to effect an injury like that, the father would have had to grab the limb and twist and pull to create that spiral fracture," Carter said.

When police asked Derepentigny about two older fractures that appeared on a full body scan of the baby -- on his ankle and his leg -- the father denied knowing anything.

Franklin police said they have investigated two other unrelated felony child abuse cases in the past six months in the town of fewer than 9,000 residents. In this case, police said they think the maturity of the parents could be a factor.

"We have a very young father and a very young child," Carter said. "It may be parenting issues."

Derepentigny was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail. He was scheduled for a probable cause hearing next week.

The baby was expected to be released into the care of his mother on Monday.

Why do they always say "young parent" when they mean STUPID IDIOT?

I was just thinking the same thing! Parenting issues? I don't think that even begins to describe what we've got here.

What a maroon!

His headline is **#1 daddy** -- ha! More like **#1 abusive PRICK**!!

No pics of his baby, No pics of his girlfriend/fiance/wife (what EVER the fuck she is). Just pics of HIM. Self-centered, abusive piece of shit!

Pin it on the baby's grandmother?? WTF? Yeah, I'd just jump to forgive MY son-in-law if HE did that! NOT!

Once again, mom didn't know? This baby has been broken THREE times and she didn't KNOW? Hmmm... I'd think that breaks received in this manner would leave a bruise or two. I'm not buying it.

Heal baby... I pray mommy doesn't hurt you or ever put you in the position to BE hurt again.
