You have to watch the entire video.
What I love is that the bitch is waving a cellphone, and later admits to being "addicted" to it, and needing it for work, while she rails against the invasion of technology.
Typical hippie bullshit. Complain about Walmart, and go there for the savings. Bitch about the environment, and drive a pre-catalytic VW Bus. Rail against human suffering in the world, and protest Vietnam and Iraq.

At the end she predicts the coming of a new technology. It is called the "CD-ROM". And it is going to break down and spell the doom for society.
What I dig about Luddites is that they bemoan the day when the technology fails on us. ISN'T THAT WHAT THEY WANT? Why don't they shut the fuck up and hope it happens today?!

"The CD Rom, Its gona come down!!" Yea she actually repeats it a few times during the video...
I love how she just spouts random tech words she read somewhere and claims to be an expert on its dangers...
My favorite bit is she is proud her old phone has less of those dangerous pixels, that is just gold...
But the bit where she makes a big deal about the "Hard Drive" being called that near the end its quite funny too...

A human maxim: We fear what we don't understand.
This bitch is scared 'cause she don't know SHIT about tech.
That's why hippies are so pessimistic. They are fucking stupid. Too much drug-use as kids. The environmentalists that bemoan the end of nature know NOTHING about nature OR the environment. If they did, they would celebrate change, and the new niches and organisms that come from the dynamic world we inhabit. Instead, they try to freeze nature in time, something the bitch is not fond of doing.
Same goes for GE foods, global warming, peak oil, extinctions, big corporations, Walmart, the media, Native Americans, hemp....
Basically, whatever a hippie tells you, just assume the exact opposite is true and you will be golden. This advice comes with the swivel guarantee. Your money back for any exception which fails to prove the rule.

Well shit, I was going to go and buy an iPhone, but now that some old woman on Youtube has enlightened me as to the evil conspiracy afoot, I'll avoid it. In fact, after I finish making my tin foil hat, I will smash my laptop and start building myself a treehouse in the woods...after I get directions to it from Google Maps.

The kids there were pretty clever. Pointing out her hypocrisy was priceless, but the best was when the camera dude said, "Smash your cell phone". The psycho's eyes lit up like she knew it was a "good idea", but couldn't bring herself to do it.
Now, if you think this was some random crazy lady, think again. This is how a large proportion of the strung-out children of the 60's think. I worked with hippies in VA, and now I live in a nest of them in Boone. The wife of one of my co-workers in VA was a carbon-copy of that lady, along with every friend and acquaintance she had.
