Circumstances: RALEIGH 9:52 PM -- The Hoke County Sheriff`s Office is searching for a missing child: Chelsey Lynn Bell. The child was last seen with the abductor at 717 Mockingbird Hill Road in Raeford, N.C. They were seen traveling with a white, heavyset male who has a mustache and is wearing a white t-shirt. They also have a white male teenage boy, approximately 14 years old, traveling with them. They could be headed for Maxton or Charlotte. The vehicle is a purple Ford F-150 pickup The truck has an extended cab.
