http://i359.photobucket.com/albums/oo35/Special2bme/Story-5.jpgGwen Anne Morrison, 38, of 41154 State Route 180 was charged with Assault 3rd Degree when deputies were called to her home to investigate a domestic incident at about 11:40 p.m. Wednesday.
Curtis B. More, 40, of the same address, told the deputies he was punched in the lip by Morrison as he slept in his bed and that he was scratched and bitten as well.
In the Sheriff’s Department arrest report the investigators said two obvious, bleeding bite marks were observed on Mr. More’s right forearm, along with several scratches and other abrasions.
The deputies reported finding Morrison passed out, locked in her running vehicle, wearing only pajamas and barefoot. Mr. More told the investigators Morrison had been drinking heavily prior to the attack.
Following arraignment in Town of Clayton Court, Morrison was transported to Jefferson County Jail and held on $250 bail.
