Jon Patrick Harrison was arrested by sheriff's deputies after the young girl told her parents she had been molested by her karate teacher. Authorities believe the abuse happened two weeks ago, but the girl did not tell her parents until Tuesday.
Harrison is an instructor at United Studios of Self Defense in Costa Mesa, where he has taught karate to children. Sheriff's investigators believe Harrison took the young girl to a secluded part of the studio and molested her.
He was arrested on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14. Harrison is a married man with children of his own.
The 4-year-old's father has been a student at United Studios for seven years.
United Studios instructors are required to undergo background checks and Harrison passed without incident.

Dude is so lucky that dad was well taught not to use his skills in anger. Not sure if I would have such well honed skills in self control.
