An Indianapolis man who was shot by his girlfriend while he allegedly was attacking her was charged Thursday with domestic battery.
Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi's office says Jeffrey Seats, 32, attacked Termera Holder on Sunday in view of the couple's 3-year-old twins -- a boy and a girl -- at her home in the 2600 block of Cold Spring Manor Drive.

Holder, 32, ran into her upstairs bedroom, grabbed a handgun and fired one shot, according to court documents.
Seats ran from the home and was arrested later. The injury was not life-threatening, prosecutors said.
Seats was held in the Marion County Jail on Thursday on charges including residential entry, domestic battery, battery and intimidation. Bond was set at $100,000.
Seats is scheduled to appear today for an initial hearing in Marion Superior Court.
